4 Reasons Why you do not lose fat

4. Diet drinks. Not only is sugar the problem with these products that we have talked about before, but with its other ingredients such as sodium, dyes and artificial ingredients that make it up. Be very careful because although it contains stevia, that is natural, the other ingredients are still present and have the same consequences as fluid retention, hyperactivity, insomnia and carcinogenic elements.

Just remember that the "light" fashion it’s over and in the past, the trend today is healthy.
