Meet Astrid
My story
"AM Nutrition" was born as a need to provide information on ways to have a healthy diet without obsessions, as well as the importance of learning to make good decisions when eating. Leading a healthy lifestyle, for me, not only helps you prevent diseases, but also keeps your skin, hair and energy revitalized for much longer.
My Philosophy is that you can lead a healthy lifestyle without the need for restrictions or obsessions, there are no good or bad foods, but everything depends on the bio individuality of each person.
